Police departments along the Jersey Shore kicked off pedesrian safety campaigns ahead of the busy Memorial Day weekend. Participating communitie include Harvey Cedars, Beach Haven, Surf City, Manchester Township, Mantoloking, Monmouth Beach, Ocean Township and Point Pleasant Beach.
